3-D Renderings

Our firm, Cali Architects made some changes to the existing house that was built in 1964. We expanded the living room on the third floor which takes advantage of the most beautiful view of the city. We also added a Master Bedroom to the house and made some more few interior changes. The intentions of the owner was to fix up the house so he can sell and profit from it. We changed the exterior design of house into a Contemporary Design look which is what sells quickest in the market now a days. We drafted a 3-D rendering to give our client a pretty good idea what the final remodel will look like and we also used it for our Design Review approval. We did have to go through the Mulholland Scenic Parkway review in order to get their approval before we did Construction Documents for the Building Department.
